Saturday, April 25th, 2009

Where: Mission San Jose Elementary School When: 10:00am – 4:30pm
What: Scholastic (K-12) Team and Individual Chess Tournament, 4SS - G/45
Cost: $25 on or before April 22. $30 after 4/22/09.
Section 1: UNR – 699 & Section 2: 700+. April Supplement Ratings used.
Trophies are awarded to top 15 individuals and top 3 teams in each section.
USCF Rated Swiss Format:
All players must be U.S. Chess Federation (USCF) members, and understand USCF tournament rules. Register for USCF at http://main.uschess.org or pay an additional
$16 for 12 & under; $19 for 15 and under; $25 for 16 to 24.
4 round Swiss System - Everyone plays 4 games against players with approximately the same score after each round. All sections will be Game in 45 min (each player). Sets and boards provided. Clocks will be provided, but players are encouraged to bring their own.
Round Times: Check In/Late Registration 9:30 AM.

Entry Fees:
$25 entry fee for entries received on or before 04/22/09 - $30 entry fee after 04/22/09 or on site.
